At Chronicon you will be surrounded by like-minded individuals who are looking for ways to thrive with their chronic illness and break the cycle of isolation all while being immersed in content focused on vulnerability and inclusion. Lunch will be served and there will be plenty of treats at our Food Hall throughout the day. We also have a live stream ticket available for those who can’t join us in person!
